    Order Processing

    All our products are handmade to order to keep stock low. We intend to make all orders as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 10 days production time prior to shipment.

    Shipping Rates

    Free shipping on all NL orders above €50.

    Free wordwide shipping on orders above €100,-.

    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Our shipping includes tracking information but not insurance. If you want faster shipping and need a quote for a different mail carrier, such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, please get in touch so we can provide an updated shipping quote for you.

    Tracking Your Order

    Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the PostNL or DHL websites.

    Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated after you receive the tracking number.

    To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or a proof of purchase. Please ensure that all refund requests are submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase

    To start a return, contact us at Provide your order number, the item for return, and the reason.

    If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package plus the return shipping label. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the product and process your refund within 10 business days if approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    Non-Returnable Items: Customised and personalised products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
